1. Consultation Sessions Refund
30-minute consultation sessions are refundable within 7 calendar days of purchase if the consultation has not yet taken place. Once a session has begun or 7 days have passed, no refund is available. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund.
2. Habit Program Refund
Our 6-week habit program is refundable within 14 calendar days of enrollment if you have completed less than 2 weeks of the program. After 2 weeks of participation or 14 days from enrollment, the program is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at info@zoeeliminate.world.
3. Free Content
Our free guides and educational content are not refundable as no payment is collected.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at info@zoeeliminate.world with your order details and refund reason. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. More than 2 cancellations within 30 days may result in program termination.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Our services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with personal results, only on failure to receive services paid for.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms of use or treats our team disrespectfully. In such cases, a full refund minus any services already rendered may be issued at our discretion.
